appendTransactionMessageInstructions

appendTransactionMessageInstructions<TTransactionMessage, TInstructions>(instructions, transactionMessage): AppendTransactionMessageInstructions<TTransactionMessage, TInstructions>

Given an array of instructions, this method will return a new transaction message with those instructions having been added to the end of the list of existing instructions.
